- PROMARKER C is used forthe detection of caries in dentin.
- Caries marker, such as PROMARKER C, are materials used during filling to help physicians distinguish between discolored dentin and carious dentin. Although discolored dentin is not contaminated with bacteria and is softer than healthy dentin, it should not be removed, where asinfected dentin must be removed before filling.
